Saeima deputy Jurģis Klotiņš (National Alliance) has declared total income of €52,682 for the previous year, according to his official asset declaration.

The largest portion – €49,992 – came from his salary as a member of parliament. In addition, he received €2,031 from the State Social Insurance Agency as a benefit, €410 compensation from the State Revenue Service, €150 from Riga municipality, €55 from SIA "Euro Lom", €40 insurance compensation from the Latvian branch of "Gjensidige", and €4 in interest from AS "Indexo banka".

Klotiņš reported non-cash savings of €9,359, including €5,999 at AS "Indexo banka", €158 at AS "Luminor Bank", and €3,203 at the Latvian branch of "Compensa Life Vienna Insurance Group SE". His assets included an apartment in Riga, two cars – a 2010 "Kia Sorento" and a 2016 "Škoda Octavia" – and co-owned land in Riga.

At the same time, the deputy had liabilities of €38,850. Last year, he borrowed €39,368 to refinance a mortgage at "Indexo banka".

In addition to his parliamentary work, Klotiņš held positions in several associations and foundations: "Griezes Pastorāts. Garīgais un kultūras centrs", "Lestenes baznīcas atjaunošanas fonds", "Latvijas Centrālās padomes piemiņas fonds", "Baznīcu nakts fonds", and the Latvian Resort Renewal Society. He also served on several Saeima committees – Human Rights and Public Affairs, Citizenship, Migration and Social Cohesion, and subcommittees on Constitutional and Judicial Policy, Higher Education, Science and Human Capital – and was a member of a parliamentary inquiry committee.

At the end of last year, Klotiņš had savings in private pension funds, but no life insurance.
