France national team manager Didier Deschamps has stated that striker Kylian Mbappé is 100% ready for the upcoming match against Spain.

In the quarterfinal against Senegal, Mbappé was unable to finish the game. In the 76th minute, he fell to the ground and, showing clear discomfort, asked to be substituted. The injury occurred after a challenge from an opponent, which caused Mbappé to twist his right ankle.

After the match, the player emphasized that he felt fine, and Deschamps expressed no major concerns about the injury. The day before the semi-final, Mbappé trained separately from the rest of the team, as he still experienced some discomfort in his ankle, according to RMC Sport.

Deschamps explained that the adjusted training plan was part of the recovery process: "He feels good. Mbappé, like other players, has the right to do exercises for 15 minutes instead of 20."

In the World Cup quarterfinal, France won 2-0 against Senegal. Mbappé scored the first goal with a beautiful strike, his eighth of the tournament and 20th overall in World Cup finals.
