211 Combat Clashes Recorded on Front Since Start of Day – General Staff
As of 22:00 on July 22, the Ukrainian General Staff reported 211 combat engagements. Russia launched one missile strike, 54 airstrikes with 187 guided bombs, deployed 5,746 kamikaze drones, and shelled Ukrainian positions 1,838 times.
According to the latest update from the Ukrainian Armed Forces General Staff, a total of 211 combat clashes occurred on the front lines by 22:00 on July 22. The Russian forces employed a wide array of weaponry, including missiles, aviation, and drones.
The General Staff's report details that the aggressor carried out one missile strike using two rockets, executed 54 airstrikes with 187 guided aerial bombs, and utilized 5,746 kamikaze drones. Additionally, Ukrainian troop positions and populated areas were subjected to 1,838 shelling attacks.
Combat intensity varied across different directions. The highest number of clashes was recorded in the Pokrovsk direction (24), followed by Sloviansk (20), Kostiantynivka (17), and Lyman (13). The Pivdenno-Slobozhanskyi direction saw 9 attacks, Huliaipole – 9, Kramatorsk – 4, Oleksandrivka – 3, Kupiansk – 1, and Orikhiv – 1.
