Technology group Digmatix has announced two new acquisitions – the Czech company LLP CRM and the Romanian company ELIAN SOLUTIONS. With these deals, the group enters the Czech and Romanian markets while significantly expanding its competence in Microsoft business applications across Central and Northern Europe.

In recent years, Digmatix has strategically expanded by acquiring companies in the Baltics, Poland, and Croatia, building one of the broadest portfolios of Microsoft technology competencies in the region. The addition of LLP CRM and ELIAN SOLUTIONS marks the next phase of development, strengthening the group's offerings in customer relationship management (CRM), Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, sales process automation, customer service, and artificial intelligence solutions.

After the completion of both deals, Digmatix Group will employ more than 530 professionals across eight European countries, serving over 1,000 clients in 45 countries. The group's turnover in 2025 reached €41.8 million, with EBITDA growing to €5.1 million.

ELIAN SOLUTIONS is one of the leading Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central partners in Romania. The company employs over 80 specialists and has delivered more than 250 projects in Europe and the US. In 2025, its turnover exceeded €6.2 million, with EBITDA of €0.69 million. LLP CRM is one of the most experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement partners in Central Europe. Its team of 25 specialists has implemented over 120 CRM projects across various industries and markets over the past ten years. LLP CRM's clients include international companies such as Scania, Škoda, Foxconn, Skanska, Konica Minolta, UNIQA, and DPD.

"Joining Digmatix is a logical next step for our company and our clients. Over the past ten years, we have built strong CRM competence, and now we have the opportunity to develop it even faster. Being part of an international group means access to larger projects, broader markets, and more opportunities to invest in our team," said Petr David, head of LLP CRM.

"Joining Digmatix opens up opportunities for faster growth, expansion into new markets, and involvement in larger and more complex projects. This is a significant step in our company's development," said Iulian Motoi, head of ELIAN SOLUTIONS.

"These deals are a natural continuation of our growth strategy. When entering the Romanian and Czech markets, we looked for companies with a strong reputation, high professionalism, and a similar vision for development. ELIAN SOLUTIONS is one of the most experienced Business Central partners in Romania, while LLP CRM is one of the most recognized Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM experts in Central Europe. The addition of both companies expands our ability to implement even more complex international projects and provide clients with a broader range of Microsoft business application solutions, deeper expertise, and higher added value," said Rinalds Sluckis, CEO of Digmatix Group.

The transaction is financed using investment from Digmatix's majority shareholder, Baltic private equity fund Livonia Partners, and a loan from SEB bank. The deals were advised by Oaklins Baltics.
