Theatre 'Dirty Deal Teatro' will kick off its 19th season with a premiere on September 3. The new production, titled 'Stiprais dzimums' (The Stronger Sex), tackles one of the most pressing topics in Latvian society today — the demographic crisis.
The creators of the play say the work raises the question of what role men play in addressing this issue. In doing so, the production approaches the demographic debate from an angle that is less frequently discussed in public discourse.
