Ukraine's Security Service (SBU) has arrested an individual in Dnipro on suspicion of collaborating with Russian intelligence. According to the SBU, the suspect used forged documents to activate more than 1,000 Starlink satellite terminals. These terminals were intended to provide communication support for Russian military forces. The activation occurred before Ukrainian authorities managed to block the network. The case highlights ongoing efforts by Russian intelligence to exploit commercial satellite communication systems in the conflict. The SBU continues to investigate and counter such activities.
