Documentary film forum "Baltic Sea Docs" marks its 30th anniversary
The 30th edition of the "Baltic Sea Docs" documentary film forum will take place from September 8 to 13, presenting 12 internationally recognized documentaries and meetings with their creators.

In early September, the documentary film forum "Baltic Sea Docs" will take place for the thirtieth time. The event is scheduled for September 8-13, and organizers have prepared a program featuring 12 internationally acclaimed documentary films.
A journey through diverse locations
This year's program will take viewers through a range of different geographic and cultural settings — from the rainforests of the Amazon and the northern tundra of Finland to the Greek islands and border regions of New York state in the United States. The lineup also includes stories connected to Silicon Valley, as well as to areas along the Baltic Sea coast, including Latvia.
Meetings with filmmakers
In addition to film screenings, forum attendees will have the opportunity to meet documentary filmmakers, offering a closer look at the creative process and the perspectives behind the works. Details about the event were shared by the forum's organizers themselves.
For thirty years, the "Baltic Sea Docs" forum has served as a platform showcasing documentary works from around the world, giving local audiences a chance to engage with the work of internationally recognized filmmakers.
