In August, the entire Los Angeles Lakers team will head to Slovenia for a four-day mini-camp ahead of the upcoming season, according to ESPN's Dave McMenamin. The trip to Dončić's homeland will include training sessions, golf, a visit to the capital Ljubljana, and other team-building activities.
The Lakers have undergone significant roster changes this offseason. LeBron James and DeAndre Ayton are no longer with the team, while newcomers include Walker Kessler, Jaden Hardy, Quentin Grimes, Collin Sexton, Kevon Looney, Sandro Mamukelashvili, Zaire Williams, and Matisse Thybulle.
Prior to last season, Dončić organized a team bonding event for the Lakers in the United States.
