The deal brings together adesso's expertise in insurance software with omni:us's artificial intelligence technology.
adesso intends to progressively integrate omni:us's technology into its core insurance platform, the in|sure Ecosphere. At the same time, omni:us solutions will continue to be developed, expanding the company's offerings for insurance clients.
