SSU drones hit four Russian radar stations and oil refinery infrastructure in Bashkortostan

Ukraine's Security Service (SSU) has reported that its long-range drones hit four Russian radar stations in Krasnodar Krai, as well as infrastructure at three oil refineries in Bashkortostan.

According to the SSU, the drones struck three Podlyot-K1 radar stations and one Kasta-2E2 radar station. These stations are used by Russian forces to detect aerial targets, and their destruction weakens Russia's air defense capabilities.

The SSU also confirmed strikes on infrastructure at the Bashneft-UNPZ, Bashneft-Novoil, and Bashneft-Ufaneftekhim enterprises in Ufa, located approximately 1,600 kilometers from Ukraine's state border. The combined capacity of these refineries exceeds 23 million tonnes of oil per year. They produce petrol, diesel fuel, aviation kerosene, and other products used, among others, by the Russian armed forces.

Earlier, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy reported strikes on infrastructure at three Russian oil refineries in Bashkortostan. The SSU emphasized that the strikes were carried out by its own units.
