Jake Paul to Box MMA Fighter Cedric Doumbé in December

Jake Paul, the YouTube personality who became famous online, will step back into the boxing ring in December. His opponent will be Cedric Doumbé, a representative of mixed martial arts, or MMA, a combat sport in which fighters may use both strikes and grappling.

The only details given in the source are that the bout will take place in December and that Paul is returning to boxing. The announcement as reported does not mention the venue, the exact date or the fight rules.

Paul is known as an influencer who moved from online video into professional combat sport. Doumbé comes from the MMA scene, so the planned fight brings together representatives of two different fighting disciplines.
