Jane Seymour, who many still remember as the courageous Dr. Michaela Quinn from the 1990s Western drama 'Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman,' is still impressing audiences at age 75. The series, which aired from 1993 to 1998, earned her a Golden Globe and made her one of television’s most beloved faces.

After the show ended, Seymour didn’t fade into the background. She appeared in films like 'Wedding Crashers,' competed on 'Dancing with the Stars,' and pursued creative projects including painting, design, and a jewelry line. A key part of her life is the 'Open Hearts' philosophy and charity, inspired by her mother’s belief in staying open to love and compassion even in hard times.

Currently, she stars in the detective series 'Harry Wild' as a retired literature professor who accidentally solves crimes. At 75, Seymour maintains incredible energy through a mix of ballet, Pilates, and Gyrotonic exercises, along with a Mediterranean diet. She avoids alcohol while filming and says she never feels like she’s on a diet.

Her longtime friend and former co-star Joe Lando, who reunited with her in 'Harry Wild’s' fifth season, notes that her energy is unchanged. Seymour herself explains it simply: “I love what I do.” She adds that when she stops, she sleeps.
