English defender John Stones, who spent ten years at Manchester City, has signed a two-year contract with Inter Milan worth €8 million, pending a medical.
After ten seasons at Manchester City, English defender John Stones is leaving England to join Inter Milan. The 32-year-old will sign a two-year contract earning €8 million, subject to passing a medical examination.
Stones made 295 appearances for City, scoring 19 goals and providing nine assists. During his time at the club, he won 20 trophies, including Premier League and Champions League titles. However, last season was marred by injuries, limiting him to just 18 appearances across all competitions.
He also played a key role for England, featuring in five matches at the World Cup and helping the national team secure a third-place finish.
City signed Stones in 2016 from Everton for €55.6 million.
