Seven athletes to represent Latvia at European Athletics Championships; javelin throwers lead the way

The Latvian Athletics Union announced on Thursday that seven athletes will represent Latvia at the upcoming European Athletics Championships, scheduled for August 10-16 in Birmingham, Great Britain. They will compete in four different disciplines. The largest representation will be in the javelin throw, where three Latvian athletes will participate.
