Ukrainian lawmaker Kira Rudik has warned that upcoming national elections in several European countries could significantly alter the composition of the so-called 'Coalition of the Willing' and, consequently, support for Ukraine.

'There could be very different representation at the Coalition of the Willing next year,' Rudik said during a debate broadcast on France 24. She suggested that election outcomes may shift the political course of countries that have been actively backing Ukraine in its fight against Russian aggression.

The Coalition of the Willing is an informal group of nations committed to providing military, financial, and humanitarian aid to Ukraine. Its makeup largely depends on the political will of each country's government, which in turn is shaped by domestic political processes, including elections.

Rudik did not specify which countries might change their stance, but her comments reflect broader concerns in Ukraine about the sustainability of Western allied support. Analysts point to upcoming elections in countries such as Germany, France, and Poland as potential sources of new governments with different perspectives on the conflict.

At present, the Coalition of the Willing continues its work, but Rudik's remarks suggest that Ukraine is bracing for possible shifts in international support in the coming year.
