Expert: Ukraine's government rotation reflects prudent and internationally cooperative policy

In the Latvian Radio program "Labrīt", leading researcher and political scientist Žaneta Ozoliņa from the University of Latvia assessed that this is nothing extraordinary. In her opinion, these changes indicate a prudent policy oriented towards international cooperation. The expert emphasized that Ukraine's actions are deliberate and aimed at long-term collaboration with foreign partners.
