Ekspress Grupp acquires outdoor advertising company in Lithuania
Media group AS Ekspress Grupp, through its Lithuanian subsidiary, is acquiring outdoor advertising company UAB LT Advert, expanding its Baltic footprint.

AS Ekspress Grupp, through its wholly owned Lithuanian subsidiary UAB LT Screens, has signed an agreement to acquire 100% of the shares of UAB LT Advert from UAB Anlaban. The transaction is subject to approval by the Lithuanian competition authority, and the parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price. Part of the financing is provided by SEB Pank.
UAB LT Advert is an outdoor advertising company with over 18 years of experience. It operates more than 400 advertising sites in approximately 60 Lithuanian cities, offering both static and digital solutions, from small format to large format in major municipalities. The company employs about 25 people.
Liina Liiv, CEO of Ekspress Grupp, stated that the acquisition is a logical step in the company's strategy to expand its outdoor advertising and digital screen segment in Lithuania, strengthening the group's digital product and service offering. This aligns with the long-term goal of increasing revenue from digital products.
Andrius Labanas, CEO of LT Advert, noted that thanks to consistent and professional teamwork, LT Advert has become one of the leading outdoor advertising companies in Lithuania. Joining an international media group marks a new stage and will provide additional momentum for growth. Advertisers will gain broader opportunities to plan campaigns across all three Baltic states, while employees will benefit from professional development and international experience.
Previously, Ekspress Grupp operated in the outdoor advertising market in Estonia and Latvia through its subsidiaries D Screens Estonia OÜ and SIA D Screens. At the end of the first quarter of 2026, the group managed 161 digital screens, of which 45 were in Estonia and 116 in Latvia. AS Ekspress Grupp is a leading media group in the Baltics, involved in online media, newspapers, magazines, book publishing, e-ticketing, conferences, and events.
