Power restored to five more substations across Latvia on Sunday

On Sunday evening, electricity supply was restored to five high-voltage substations in Sigulda, Inčukalns, Līvāni, Madona and Bauska, along with 22 transmission substations, according to grid operator AST.

Electricity supply was restored on Sunday at 6 p.m. to five more high-voltage substations located in Sigulda, Inčukalns, Līvāni, Madona and Bauska, representatives of transmission system operator AS "Augstsprieguma tīkls" (AST) reported.

Alongside the restoration of these five substations, operation was also resumed at 22 transmission substations.

AST continues working to restore power supply in the affected regions and is keeping the public updated on developments.
