Friday's Average Electricity Exchange Price Drops to 5 Cents per kWh
On Friday, June 26, the average electricity exchange price in the Estonian price zone fell by 54% compared to Thursday, reaching 4.9 cents per kWh.

After the previous two days saw electricity prices on the exchange exceed 10 cents per kilowatt-hour, Friday brought a significant decline. According to Nord Pool data, the average daily price in Estonia's price zone was 10.7 cents per kWh on Thursday, but on Friday it dropped to 4.9 cents – a 54% decrease.
In Finland, the exchange price on Friday is 5.16 cents per kWh, while in Latvia and Lithuania it stands at around 9.7 cents per kWh. These prices exclude value-added tax and other taxes and fees applied to end consumers.
