Singer Elīna Gluzunova confirms split from husband Artjoms
Latvian singer Elīna Gluzunova has confirmed that her marriage to Artjoms Gluzunovs, which began last October, has ended. She says the couple's 12-year relationship had simply run its course.
Singer Elīna Gluzunova has confirmed in an interview with the show “Aizkulises ar 1188.lv” that rumors of her separation from husband Artjoms Gluzunovs are true. The couple married in October of last year, but had actually been together for 12 years before that.
Elīna explains that the breakup is a natural outcome after such a long relationship, during which both partners had given each other some difficult experiences. According to her, getting married effectively closed out that 12-year relationship cycle, and the year that followed the wedding turned out to be a difficult one.
A new chapter
The singer says she is currently going through a period of personal growth and self-improvement. She has enrolled in an educational program because she wants to study, and has also recently completed a barber training course, which she plans to start putting into practice. Elīna emphasizes that everything in her life is moving in a positive direction and believes things don't simply happen without reason.
Gluzunova says she feels good about this stage of her life, as it allows her to focus more on her career and public image. She is also spending more time with her children and working on new music projects that are in the pipeline.
It was previously known that the couple had gone through difficult periods in their relationship even before their wedding last October.
