Ērģeme to host 'Sports Carousel 2026' series
From July 20 to 24, Ērģeme will offer free sports events in five disciplines. Pre-registration is required for participation.
The Valka County Municipality invites residents and active lifestyle enthusiasts to take part in the sports event series "Sports Carousel 2026", which will take place from July 20 to 24. Each evening at 18:30, participants will have the chance to compete in various sports, and all events are free of charge.
On Monday, July 20, individual novus games will be held at the Turnas community center. Registration is due by July 19. Tuesday, July 21, features beach volleyball at the Ērģeme volleyball court, with registration by July 20. Wednesday, July 22, includes pétanque doubles at the Ērģeme pétanque courts, registration by July 21. Thursday, July 23, offers cornhole singles near the Ērģeme ice rink, registration by July 22. Friday, July 24, concludes with 3x3 basketball near the Ērģeme school, registration by July 23.
