A disturbing video has surfaced on Instagram, capturing a tense argument between female employees at a Pepco store. The video was recorded by user @linard1ins, who entered the store and overheard the conversation, which was conducted in Russian.
In the video, one woman is heard shouting: "I won't allow being treated like this!" She complains about colleagues taking long breaks and being criticized for spending time in the kitchen. She asks in distress, "Do you want to drive me crazy or what?" and pounds on a table.
The video has garnered hundreds of likes and dozens of comments. Most commenters sympathize with the employee, pointing to burnout and poor working conditions. One commenter even predicted she would be fired.
