Estonia's Russian-language public broadcaster ETV+ will air a new episode of its program "Horizont" on Monday, September 21. The show examines events in Estonia and around the world through the lens of people and stories, ranging from lighthearted to serious.
This episode will address why Russia stages what is described as an "election" spectacle around its State Duma vote, with the topic discussed alongside someone who knows the process from the inside.
Reporter Yulia Rostok will also introduce viewers to a sobering-up station (vytrezvitel) in the capital, showing how such a facility operates.
In addition, search-and-rescue dog handlers will appear in the studio with their canine partners, who are trained and used in search operations.
"Horizont" airs on weekdays at 19:20 on ETV+.
