Estonia's Russian-language television channel ETV+ will broadcast a new episode of its discussion program "Своя правда" ("One's Own Truth") on Monday, September 28, at 20:30. The episode is titled "Hello, Neighbors!" and centers on disputes that can arise between people living next door to one another.
Guests and experts invited to the studio will discuss what options are available to people whose everyday life is disrupted by noisy or hostile neighbors. The conversation is expected to cover where residents can turn for help with such disputes and whether those responsible for ongoing disturbances can actually be held legally accountable.
