"Flora" held to draw, "Nõmme Kalju" lose

The 27th round of the Estonian championship began on Tuesday with two matches involving teams fighting for medals. Nõmme Kalju suffered their fourth straight defeat, while champions Flora dropped points in Narva.

On Tuesday, two matches kicked off the 27th round of the Estonian football championship, featuring teams battling for podium positions. Nõmme Kalju lost 1:2 at home to Nõmme United, recording their fourth consecutive defeat. They remain third in the standings.

Defending champions Tallinn Flora also dropped points. Narva Trans scored twice at home by the 30th minute and looked close to a win. First, Oskar Pihela put the ball into his own net, then Betancourt Perez scored. Flora managed to avoid defeat, with Danil Kuraksin pulling one back and Tristan Teeväli converting a penalty.

Flora have 49 points and sit second, trailing Levadia by 13 points. Trans stay bottom in 10th place, 10 points behind ninth.
