Gaza residents flee before Israeli strike hits mosque area

Israeli forces carried out airstrikes on Gaza City and Deir al-Balah on Tuesday evening, footage shows explosions, flames, and thick smoke rising into the night sky. Residents said the attacks followed an evacuation warning issued by the Israeli military. The strikes hit despite a fragile ceasefire between Israel and Hamas that took effect in October.

People living near the Al-Muttaqin Mosque evacuated nearby tents before the strike and later returned to inspect the damage. No casualties were immediately reported. Israeli strikes have continued across the Gaza Strip despite the ceasefire.
