Two Teenagers Missing in Gulbene Municipality
Latvian State Police are searching for 14-year-olds Samanta Meistere and Vita Evelone, who left a care center without permission on June 30 and have not been found since.
The Northern Vidzeme precinct of the Vidzeme Regional Administration of the Latvian State Police is searching for two missing minors – Samanta Meistere (born 2010) and Vita Evelone (born 2010). The girls voluntarily left the “Saule” Family Support Center in Stāķi, Stradu Parish, Gulbene Municipality, on June 30, 2026, and their whereabouts remain unknown.
Samanta is approximately 1.60 meters tall, of slender build, with dark brown hair. Vita was last seen wearing a hooded sweater, wide denim shorts, and sports shoes. Both girls have a tendency to wander.
The police urge anyone with information about the possible location of Samanta Meistere or Vita Evelone to contact authorities immediately by calling 25484675 or 112.
