Hagberg to invest six million euros in 42-apartment expansion of Dzilnupes rental village

Real estate developer Hagberg is launching a new investment in the Dzilnupes project, a rental apartment village located in Dzilnuciems. The company plans to invest six million euros to carry out the third phase of the project's development, the company reported.

Construction plans

As part of this new phase, seven residential buildings are to be constructed, containing a total of 42 apartments. This expansion will increase the number of rental housing units available within the Dzilnupes village.

The company has not yet provided further details regarding construction timelines, apartment sizes, or planned rental rates.
