"Heart of Hanza" sets new sales record on Riga's new development market
The "Heart of Hanza" development led Riga's new-build projects by total turnover this summer, reaching 8.3 million euros, including a record single-apartment deal worth over a million euros.

The "Heart of Hanza" new development in Riga posted the highest total transaction turnover among the city's new-build projects between June and August, reaching 8.3 million euros.
Record deal and top five sales
In August, the project also registered the year's largest single transaction, at Hanzas iela 3B — a 300-square-meter apartment in the new building sold for 1,225,749 euros, or roughly 4,080 euros per square meter. Another apartment in "Heart of Hanza" also placed among Riga's five largest August transactions, selling for 399,280 euros, or 3,590 euros per square meter.
Average figures point to demand for spacious homes
From June to August 2026, the project recorded 26 transactions at an average price of 3,580 euros per square meter. "Heart of Hanza" also stands out for having the largest average sold apartment size among the most popular new developments — 91 square meters — pointing to growing demand for spacious, sustainable housing in the city center.
Aleksandra Strode, board member of "LNK Properties" and head of its residential property segment, said the market data clearly shows buyers in central Riga are seeking full-fledged, sustainable family residences rather than compact units. She noted that premium-segment buyers place high value on the building's A+ energy efficiency, well-planned infrastructure, and privacy in a quiet central neighborhood.
About the project
