Russian drone attacks street vendor in Kherson in filmed manhunt

Ukraine's National Police has released video footage from Kherson showing a Russian military drone attacking a civilian who was selling goods on the side of a street.
The footage shows the man noticing the approaching drone and attempting to escape by hiding behind a nearby parked car. Despite this, the drone continued to track him, and moments later a powerful explosion occurred, engulfing the area in smoke.
Man survives the attack
According to police, the man was injured in the attack but managed to survive.
Pattern of attacks on civilians
Local residents and officials say this is not an isolated incident — Russian forces in Kherson reportedly carry out systematic, targeted attacks on civilians using shelling and drones, striking people on streets, in public transport, and at markets. Locals have taken to calling this recurring pattern a form of "human safari," pointing to the deliberate and repeated nature of such attacks.
