Haaland double sends Brazil out of World Cup

Norway beat Brazil 2-1 in the World Cup round of 16, with Erling Haaland scoring both goals.

Norway's national football team defeated Brazil 2-1 in the World Cup round of 16 on Saturday night in New Jersey.

Striker Erling Haaland proved decisive, opening the scoring in the 79th minute and doubling the lead in the 90th minute. Brazil pulled one back deep into stoppage time (90+10') through a Neymar penalty.

With this victory, Norway advanced to the World Cup quarterfinals, while Brazil's tournament came to an end.
