IGATE Group Forms New Two-Person Board Leadership
IGATE Group has appointed Inga Zaikovska to its companies' boards to oversee finance and administration, joining existing board member Jānis Pučka. The new unified leadership model aims to support the group's continued growth across all three companies.

IGATE Group has introduced a unified board structure across all three of its companies, adding a new board member, Inga Zaikovska. She will take charge of finance and administrative matters, while current executive director and board member Jānis Pučka continues to oversee business and operational management.
Division of responsibilities
Under the new structure, responsibilities are split according to each leader's background. Pučka, who has more than 13 years of experience in project and business management, will handle strategic and operational leadership, business development, and resource management. Zaikovska, with over 15 years of experience managing companies in the manufacturing and construction sectors, will focus on finance, legal, and IT processes, as well as relations with banks and investors.
The group says a unified board across all three companies will enable more coordinated governance, clearer division of responsibility, and a consistent approach to future development.
Context of growth
The new leadership model comes amid rapid growth at IGATE Group. Pučka joined the company in 2023 as head of production and construction, and has served as executive director and board member since 2024. During this period, the group's turnover grew from €35.56 million in 2023 to €63.10 million in 2025.
Before joining IGATE, Pučka spent nearly a decade at Skonto Plan, rising from project manager to head of the project management department. He holds a professional bachelor's degree in construction from the Latvia University of Agriculture.
Zaikovska's background includes roles as executive director and group financial director at export-oriented companies, as well as experience in business transformation projects and complex negotiations with strategic partners.
