Estonia can expect cloudy weather overnight into Sunday, 18 October, with rain in places and possible fog. The forecast was reported by "AK", a programme on the Estonian public broadcaster's ETV+ channel.
Overnight forecast
Night-time air temperatures will range from -1 to +6 degrees, reaching up to +10 degrees on the coast. A northerly and north-easterly wind is expected at 4–10 metres per second, with gusts on the coast reaching 15 metres per second.
Daytime forecast
On Sunday during the day, cloud cover will vary and no precipitation is expected. Winds will blow from northern directions at 3–9 metres per second, with coastal gusts of up to 13 metres per second. Daytime air temperatures will be 8 to 11 degrees.
The gap between night and day will therefore be noticeable on Sunday: the lowest overnight reading is one degree below zero, while the air is expected to warm to 8–11 degrees by day. The rain mentioned in the night forecast is not expected during the day, and coastal gusts are somewhat weaker than overnight.
