Construction firm Merko's nine-month profit down 31% to €25.4 million

Construction company Merko Ehitus, which operates in the construction and real estate market in the Baltic states, has reported its financial results for January to September 2026. Net profit for the period was €25.4 million, while revenue reached €268 million. Compared with the same period in 2025, profit fell by 31%.
Third-quarter results
In the third quarter, Merko's profit was €12.6 million, with turnover of €118 million.
Sales of apartments and commercial space
Over the nine months, the company sold 238 apartments and 23 commercial premises. It also began construction and sales of 394 apartments and four commercial premises.
At the end of the third quarter, the company had a total of 1,325 completed and under-construction apartments. Preliminary contracts had been signed for half of them.
