The Estonian National Museum (ERM) held a special event titled "Öö26" on the evening of Saturday, October 3, to mark ten years since the opening of its new building in the Raadi district, while also kicking off its autumn season.

For one evening, the entire museum operated in an unusual format. British artist Monster Chetwynd presented a two-hour performance as part of her exhibition "With Tail and Horns," and the rock band Winny Puhh performed a concert.

Tours of hidden spaces

Throughout the evening, visitors could join special guided tours showcasing the museum's exhibitions, areas normally closed to the public, and ERM's storage facilities. Tours were led by several notable figures, including David Vseviov, Jüri Mark, Tiit Hennoste, Art Leete, Tõnis Lukas, and Laura Kipper, among others.

Different DJs performed throughout the evening as well, including Kurbade Tüdrukute Klubi, Raul Saaremets, and Erki Pruul.

The ERM building in the Raadi district opened on October 1, 2016, and has since become one of Estonia's key cultural institutions.
