Estonian Prime Minister Discusses Defense Cooperation and Conference in Tallinn with Ukrainian Counterpart

Following talks with Ukrainian Prime Minister Sergey Koretsky, Estonian Prime Minister Kristen Michal reaffirmed continued military aid and expanded defense industry cooperation, focusing on drone production agreements and preparations for the 2027 Ukraine Recovery Conference in Tallinn.

Estonian Prime Minister Kristen Michal on Wednesday, July 22, disclosed the content of his conversation with Ukrainian counterpart Sergey Koretsky via social media.

Michal stated that Tallinn will continue providing military assistance to Kyiv and expand cooperation in the defense sector. In particular, he mentioned the implementation of agreements on the development of drone production previously reached in Ankara.

"The future of Ukraine is in the European Union and NATO. We will continue working until this becomes a reality. While Russia destroys, we are building Ukraine's future," the Estonian prime minister said.

Michal also stressed the importance of preparing for the Ukraine Recovery Conference (URC-2027), which will take place in Tallinn.
