Strong Start in Doubles

Estonian tennis player Ingrid Neel, partnering with Mexico's Giuliana Olmos, kicked off their Wimbledon women's doubles campaign with a convincing victory. In the first round, the pair beat Japan's Eri Hozumi and Taiwan's Fang-Xian Wu with a score of 6-3, 6-2.

Next Challenge: Seeded Opponents

In the second round, Neel and Olmos will take on the 15th-seeded duo of Norway's Ulrikke Eikeri and the USA's Quinn Gleason. Notably, Neel has previously competed at Wimbledon alongside Eikeri, adding an interesting subplot to the upcoming match.

The Estonian-Mexican tandem will look to build on their early success and advance further in the tournament.
