IKEA and Xbox tease a possible joint collection
IKEA posted a cryptic video hinting at a collaboration with Xbox, with more details expected next week at Gamescom.

On Tuesday, IKEA's Instagram account shared a short video hinting at an upcoming collaboration with Microsoft's Xbox brand. The clip shows an extreme close-up of a furniture piece shaped like a game controller thumbstick, followed by a green cushion bearing the Xbox logo.
No official products or pricing have been announced so far. Given the timing of the teaser, more details are expected to surface next week at the Gamescom gaming expo. Xbox plans to share its news across two broadcasts, scheduled for August 26 and 27, which will also cover other titles such as Fable, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 and Minecraft Dungeons II.
This isn't the first time Xbox has ventured into home goods — five years ago the brand released the Xbox Mini Fridge, a miniature refrigerator shaped like its game console.
