Latvian influencer Elīna Didrihsone shares playful spat with husband Nauris over a haircut

Businesswoman and influencer Elīna Didrihsone, previously a participant on the TV show “Gandrīz ideālas vakariņas” (a Latvian dating-dinner format), posted a video on Instagram describing a small tension at home following a trip to the hairdresser.

In the clip, Elīna explains that she had about 3 centimeters trimmed off her hair, but her husband Nauris Didrihsons failed to notice the change. She used the moment to argue that everyday life isn't always a celebration, and that people should learn to find joy in small, ordinary things too.

Nauris questions the fuss over a trim

Nauris, for his part, commented that he was surprised such a minor change — just 3 centimeters of hair — warranted social media stories and posts, as though it were something everyone needed to know about. Jokingly, he offered an alternative subject for content: his own toenails, which he said he hadn't trimmed in a week, suggesting that might be something more noteworthy.

Elīna laughingly replied that such a video would surely rack up a hundred views. Nauris, however, stood his ground, saying he'd understand the attention if it were tied to some actual achievement rather than a haircut.

The exchange became public through Elīna Didrihsone's social media presence, where she regularly shares glimpses of the couple's everyday family life.
