Interpol Issues Red Notice for Ukrainian Woman in Monaco Businessman Attempted Murder Case
Interpol has issued a Red Notice for Anastasiia Berezovska, a Ukrainian national wanted for the attempted murder of businessman Vadym Yermolaiev in Monaco.
The International Criminal Police Organization (Interpol) has issued a Red Notice for 1987-born Ukrainian national Anastasiia Berezovska, who is suspected of attempting to murder Ukrainian businessman Vadym Yermolaiev in Monaco.
According to the notice, Berezovska speaks German. Her last known address is in Germany.
French newspaper Le Figaro reported that investigators tracked down the suspect using surveillance camera footage. A witness also reported seeing her shortly before the incident.
The prosecutor stated that investigators were able to trace Berezovska’s route from France to Italy and then through other European countries to her place of residence. She is believed to have used a car she picked up in Beausoleil, on the French border, which she reached on foot after committing the crime. The car was registered and rented in Germany.
An international arrest warrant has been issued for Berezovska.
