J. Reišulis Second in MX2 First Race; K. Reišulis Tenth
Latvian motocross rider Jānis Mārtiņš Reišulis finished second in the first race of the MX2 round, while Kārlis Alberts Reišulis placed tenth.

MX2 Class
Latvian motocross rider Jānis Mārtiņš Reišulis claimed second place in the first race of the MX2 World Championship round on Sunday. He started behind the leading riders but quickly moved into second position. The victory went to Spain's Guillem Farres, who crossed the finish line five seconds ahead of the Latvian. Germany's Simon Langenfelder finished third, three seconds behind J. Reišulis.
Kārlis Alberts Reišulis ended the race in tenth place. Meanwhile, overall championship leader Sacha Coenen of Belgium recovered from a poor start to finish sixth.
MXGP Class
In the MXGP class, Sacha Coenen's twin brother Lucas Coenen took the win. Dutchman Jeffrey Herlings finished second, and Frenchman Romain Fevre was third. Latvian rider Pauls Jonass had a steady race and finished sixth, 16 seconds behind the top five.
Both classes will hold their second races later on Sunday. The MX2 race starts at 18:00 Latvian time, with the MXGP class following one hour later.
