New Twist in Lithuanian Paramedic Murder Case: Well-Known Doctor Detained

Lithuanian police have made a significant breakthrough in the murder investigation of paramedic Mantas, detaining a well-known doctor. The murder occurred last week when Mantas' car was found with the help of a border guard helicopter. The vehicle was located deep in a forest, but the man was not inside.

Hours later, police announced the end of the search as Mantas was found dead. His remains were rolled up in a trampoline and buried. The paramedic had been repeatedly beaten on the head, face, legs, and arms, causing numerous wounds. The victim's father expressed his belief that his son was brutally tortured and stated that death resulted from a gunshot wound.

The detained doctor is a well-known figure in the country. Police continue their investigation to determine all circumstances of the murder and possible accomplices.
