Exhibition 'Notes and Views' by Nataļja Gmiraka Opens in Jelgava
Until August 18, the artist Nataļja Gmiraka presents her exhibition 'Notes and Views' at the Jelgava Old Town House, capturing moments and moods in drawings.
An exhibition by the lesser-known Jelgava artist Nataļja Gmiraka, titled 'Notes and Views,' is on display at the Jelgava Old Town House until August 18. The artist describes each work as a captured moment, feeling, or mood preserved in a drawing. The venue, still relatively unfamiliar to some residents, has previously hosted notable art shows. For instance, in 2023, the attic floor featured an exhibition 'Tangled. Hair' by photographer Dzintra Žvagiņa, whose democratic layout suited the photographic content.
