International Bath Culture Festival 'Rite' Kicks Off in Jelgava

The festival includes educational lectures on eating habits and mental health, practical masterclasses, bath rituals with whisking, and physical activities such as SUP trips and healthy lifestyle workshops. Visitors can also explore Latvian traditions and cultural heritage.
Throughout the festival, a craft market, food zone, and children's area with inflatable attractions will be open. The event received support in the first Jelgava municipal competition for festivals and culturally significant public events – the association 'Rite' was granted €20,000 in funding.
Organizers highlight that the festival is an innovative tourism product, combining bath culture, wellness, mental health, active lifestyle, and a cultural program in an international format.
