Jurmala Hospital Seeks Chief Doctor, Offers Salary from €3,500 During Trial Period
Jurmala Hospital is looking for a chief physician, offering a salary of at least €3,500 during the probation period. Applications are due by June 26.

Jurmala Hospital, owned by the municipality, has announced a competition for the position of chief doctor. Candidates are offered a salary starting from €3,500 per month during the trial period.
Applicants must submit a motivation letter, a curriculum vitae, copies of education and qualification documents, a vision for the hospital's medical development (up to two pages), and at least two letters of recommendation. Documents with a secure electronic signature must be sent by June 26 to mara.lidumniece@jurmalasslimnica.lv. The hospital will contact candidates who proceed to the second round.
According to the hospital's 2025 annual report, last year's turnover reached €12.09 million, a 3.5% increase from 2024. Losses were reduced to €33,248.
Since May of this year, the chairman of the board is Didzis Lūkins, formerly a board member of SIA "Sarkanā Krusta Smiltenes slimnīca". The board also includes Karīna Siņkeviča.
