Juventus close pre-season with win over Serie B side Palermo
Turin's Juventus finished their pre-season preparations with a 2:0 win over Serie B club Palermo. Their Serie A campaign begins on August 23 away to Frosinone.

Juventus of Turin played their final warm-up match before the new season, defeating Serie B club Palermo 2:0.

They also defeated Chelsea 1:0, though in their most recent outing before facing Palermo, Juventus lost 1:2 to reigning Italian champions Inter Milan.
Season opener ahead
Juventus will begin their Serie A campaign on August 23 with an away match against Frosinone, a club that has returned to Serie A this season.
