K. K. fon Stricka Villa Head Mārtiņš Mielavs: I Allow Failure to Happen
Mārtiņš Mielavs, head of the cultural space K. K. fon Stricka villa, said in a Latvijas Radio Monopols interview that he has learned over the years to accept failure as part of event organization and that the possibility of failure does not stop him from realizing his ideas.
Mārtiņš Mielavs, producer and head of the cultural space K. K. fon Stricka villa, shared his experience of organizing events on the Latvijas Radio program Monopols. He noted that every event carries inherent risks, and over the years he has learned to accept the possibility of failure as a natural part of the process. According to Mielavs, success and failure are both integral to the work, and fear of failure does not hinder him from pursuing his ideas. He emphasized that one should not shy away from the inevitable pitfalls – they are a normal part of the job. This mindset allows him to maintain creativity and continue developing the cultural venue.
