Kaamos launches apartment sales in 'Hagen' project in Āgenskalns

Real estate developer Kaamos has officially started selling apartments in its new project 'Hagen', located in the Āgenskalns neighborhood next to Māras Pond (Māras dīķis). The company reports that this project has generated the highest level of potential buyer interest among all its previous projects in Latvia. Even before the public sales launch, 50% of the 76 apartments available in the first phase have been sold. Starting July 27, apartment layouts, prices, and current offers will be publicly available on the project's website.

The project is planned in three phases. The first phase involves constructing two four-story residential buildings, expected to be completed by the end of the third quarter of 2027. A total of €14 million will be invested in the first phase, while overall investment in the entire project will reach €42 million. Construction is carried out by the group's company Kaamos Construction, allowing full oversight from design to commissioning.

The first phase offers 76 apartments with two to four rooms, ranging from 51.5 to 97.8 square meters, fully finished interior. Apartments feature 2.7-meter ceilings (2.9 meters on the fourth floor), large windows, underfloor heating, and individually adjustable ventilation with heat recovery. Apartments on the first three floors have balconies, while fourth-floor units include spacious terraces. Solar panels will be installed on the roofs to supply electricity for common areas, reducing maintenance costs. Each building has an elevator and storage rooms.

The architecture incorporates modern elements that nod to the site's industrial past – the area once housed the production building of the Aurora textile factory. Facades will feature brick tiles, metal details, and window divisions characteristic of industrial buildings. Later phases aim to restore the former factory building's appearance using original bricks. The first-phase buildings include 86 parking spaces, some with EV charging, plus bicycle parking and a repair station. The fenced, landscaped courtyard will have children's playgrounds, active and quiet recreation zones.

Hagen is situated next to Māras Pond, close to Arkādija and Uzvara parks, offering easy access to Riga's city center and other districts. Nearby amenities include public transport stops, schools, kindergartens, medical facilities, shops, cafés, and Āgenskalns Market.
