Kalle Klandorf Returns to Tallinn City Council
Deputy chairman of the Lasnamäe district of the Centre Party, Kalle Klandorf, has reinstated his seat in the Tallinn City Council this week, replacing Ruslana Veber who had substituted for him since January.

Kalle Klandorf, the deputy chairman of the Centre Party's Lasnamäe district, has returned to the Tallinn City Council after reinstating his mandate this week. Consequently, Ruslana Veber, who had been serving as his substitute since January, has left the council.
In the 2025 municipal elections, Veber garnered 170 votes in the Lasnamäe district, while Klandorf received 215 votes.
Since April, Klandorf's wife, Melle Klandorf, has been serving as a substitute member of the Tallinn City Council. She ran on the Centre Party list in the 2025 municipal elections and secured 150 votes in Pirita. Melle Klandorf replaced Dmitri Fadin, who became the deputy elder of Pirita.
