Two Cameroonians Killed in Ukraine Weeks After Signing Russian Army Contracts
Ukrainian intelligence identified two Cameroonian nationals killed on the front line shortly after enlisting with the Russian military. The Main Intelligence Directorate reports the total number of Cameroonian fatalities in the conflict has reached 106.

The Main Intelligence Directorate of Ukraine (HUR) has identified two citizens of Cameroon who were killed in combat in Ukraine. The two men, including a university student and a 23-year-old, had signed contracts with the Russian army and died approximately one month later. HUR also announced that the total number of Cameroonian nationals who have lost their lives in the war now stands at 106. The identification of the deceased was carried out by Ukrainian intelligence services. The cases highlight the ongoing recruitment of foreign fighters by Russia for its war effort in Ukraine.
